02Using the site

• Use the site and our content for your own lawful, personal purposes.
• Don't copy, resell, or redistribute our books, courses, or materials without permission.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or abuse the site or its checkout.
• All content, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.

03Agreement to receive text messages

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree that Living Brave LLC may send you recurring SMS or MMS messages — including, but not limited to, event reminders, important information, updates, deals, and specials. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies — you may receive several messages during a live challenge or event week, and occasional messages otherwise.
• You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to the number you receive messages from (202) 908-7662. You may receive a message confirming your opt-out.
• For help, send the word HELP to the same number, or email [email protected].
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Participating U.S. carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile and others.
• Carriers (including T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You agree to notify us of any change to your mobile number and to update your details with us.
• Data we obtain in connection with this SMS service may include your mobile number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, along with other information you provide. We use this information to contact you and provide the services you request.
• By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we may change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the texts I receive?

We will never charge you for the text messages you receive. However, depending on your phone plan, you may see charges from your mobile provider. Please contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

How your SMS opt-in data is handled

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Prices, offers, and availability can change. Our content and events are provided for general informational and educational purposes and are offered "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any particular result, income, or outcome — your results depend on many factors outside our control.
